Dance workshops for all levels, aimed at those who wish to work on the body both on stage and outside, so both performing professionals and people who devote themselves to other fields but who value bodily communication.
Time is divided into a first part of physical and creative training based on breathing, the play of volumes in space, rhythm, the continuous flow of movement and individual and collective instantaneous creation, to raise flexibility, power, fluidity; and a second part of technical exercises and improvisation tools.
